This website belongs to Kelly Hollman, an author based in California. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, please get in touch.

What this site collects

Only what you choose to give:

• Your first name and email address, if you sign up to receive a free chapter or news about new books.
• Your name, email address and message, if you use the contact form.

Nothing else is requested, and you are never required to give any of it to read this site.

How it is used

Your email address is used to send you the material you asked for and occasional news about new books — roughly once a month. Details submitted through the contact form are used only to reply to your message.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Who else handles it

Running a website means relying on a few services, each of which stores information on my behalf:

• MailerLite — manages the mailing list and sends the emails.
• Google — delivers email sent from this site and receives contact form messages.
• Bluehost — hosts the website.

Each keeps its own privacy policy, and none of them is permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Cookies

The signup form sets a small cookie so it can remember whether you have already subscribed. This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You are also welcome to ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely — just send a message and it will be done.

Children

Some of my books are written for younger readers, but this website is intended for adults. Signup forms are meant for parents, teachers and librarians, and information is not knowingly collected from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted their details, please let me know and I will remove them.

Advertising and sponsorship

This site does not accept paid advertising, sponsored posts, or payment in exchange for opinions. Links to booksellers are provided so readers can find the books, and nothing on this site is written in return for compensation.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear here with a new date at the top.
